At Magnet Recruiting, we operate on a client-friendly fee structure. There is no cost to our clients for our recruiting services until after they have successfully hired one of our candidates, and the candidate has commenced working. Our fee for direct/permanent placements typically ranges between 15% to 20% of the candidate's annual salary. The specific percentage fee depends on the experience level and requirements of the job position the client needs assistance in filling. 

We are committed to providing flexible solutions that meet the needs of our clients. For larger projects that require multiple hires, we are more than willing to negotiate fees to ensure that our services remain cost-effective and beneficial for your organization. Our goal is to establish long-term partnerships built on trust, transparency, and mutual success. 

Our rates are considerably lower than those of our competitors, and we firmly believe in charging fair and affordable rates to our clients while delivering exceptional recruitment services.

Our standard guarantee period at Magnet Recruiting is 45 days. However, we recognize that certain positions may require additional time assessment of the new employee. Therefore, we are flexible and willing to collaborate with our clients to establish a suitable and reasonable guarantee period that best fits their specific needs and circumstances.
